Our Learn2Serve ANSI Food Protection Manager Exam is approved by the American National Standards Institute & the Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP). The ANSI accredited exam is accepted in all states that require mandatory food safety training and certification for Food Management Professionals.
The ANSI-CFP exam is designed to assess an employees knowledge and understanding of the necessary procedures to prevent foodborne illness. In order to become certified, a participant must pass an accredited exam as recognized by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP). As the provider of the accredited exam approved by the American Standards Institute & the Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP) Learn2serve will issue a certificate valid for a maximum period of 5 years.
